Modifier Patterns

Another way to improve on a weapon, item, or armor is to apply a 
'modifier pattern' to it while it is being crafted.  Modifier
patterns are simple in use, they supply the instructions for using
them and have a self-contained magic spell to produce the desired
effect.  Unfortunately, a modifier pattern is used in this process.

Modifier patterns can be found, bought, or crafted by those with
high enough caster levels.  As they are found, I shall list them
below with their qualities and ingredients.
